Our first Ghost Kitchen concept, Ghost Sushi, is finally here! Ghost Sushi is a hi-end ghost kitchen currently serving Tuna and Salmon Poke Bowls available for pick-up or delivery only. The fish is sourced from ABS Seafood SLC and is overnighted from ABS Seafood San Francisco. It is the FRESHEST fish you can get in SLC; we DO NOT freeze our fish like most sushi restaurants in SLC; the fish arrives in the morning and is then prepped and ready for delivery or pick-up that day, fresh in and fresh out! Try it! You will not be disappointed!
